Registration 2025

We carefully check how many people can comfortably dance at each of our venues, and then set different limits for each milonga. What is more, the registration gives us the chance to choose more experienced dancers who are familiar with the ronda and will feel at ease on the dance floor even at the climax of the party.

When can you register?

How to register?

1.

Fill in the registration form.

2.

Wait for a reply with a link to the shop (up to 14 days).

3.

Make a purchase in the shop.

Details:

  1. Wait for the opening of the registration round (Early Bird, Main Registration, Last Chance) that interests you. Fill in the registration form. If you are registering as a couple, only one person fills in the form.
  2. Wait for a return email with a link to the shop, which will be received by all accepted individuals no later than 14 days after registration.
  3. In our shop, buy the package, workshops or milongas you are interested in. You can pay online or by cash at our studio or via one of our ambassadors. Please, stick to the deadline provided in the acceptance email.
  4. You will receive printed copies of your milonga tickets at the reception desk upon arrival. There are no printed tickets for the workshops.

Is there a selection of participants?

Yes. Please wait for the acceptance email before booking your flights.

Do I need to register as a couple?

It is not necessary, but we recommend doing so. We try to ensure the role balance in our milongas and workshops. We can also admit that couples are accepted first because they guarantee that our event is balanced.

Will there be tickets available at the door?

Maybe, but we cannot guarantee. We will sell tickets at the door only if after the registration is closed, there are still tickets available. From our experience, there are never any tickets left for the Thursday milongas, for Sunday and Monday nights, and for the afterparties. So if these are the ones you are interested in, better buy in advance.
