FAQ
May I pay in cash?
Yes, of course! We happily accept cash payments. We collect the payments in our studio in Kraków (ul. Westerplate 13/3) or atelier in Milan (Brera area). Please schedule an appointment first: info@krakusaires.com. You can also find our ambassadors in London, Warsaw, and other cities.
Should I pay in PLN or EUR?
It’s up to you, we offer both options. Please note that the EUR price is calculated based on the exchange rate from the beginning of January 2024. It also includes currency conversion costs.
Is it possible to buy a ticket for a single milonga?
Yes, but only after Jan 29. Please note that some of the single tickets might not become available, because they will be sold out during the early bird sale.
If I buy a package, can I sell some of my tickets to others?
Yes, you can sell tickets for individual milongas to any other person dancing the same role as you. You can post your offers on the Facebook event page. Only printed tickets can be traded. PDF-s or emails are not tickets.
Will there be tickets available at the door?
Maybe, but we cannot guarantee. We will sell tickets at the door only if after the registration is closed, there are still tickets available. From our experience, there are never any tickets left for the Thursday milongas, for Sunday and Monday nights, and for the afterparties. So if these are the ones you are interested in, better buy in advance.
